I am Japanese sushi chef live in Albuquerque USA
I wold like to introduce Japanese cooking fundamentals and method to American people who are interested in Japanese food.
I have experience to cook Japanese food and specially sushi last 40 years of my life, and those 40 years are living in United state of America .
